At Framing Technology, we've built our reputation by helping manufacturers, OEMs, machine builders, and systems integrators solve engineering and automation challenges with custom aluminum framing solutions. As our company continues to grow, we're investing in a dedicated outside sales program and looking for an ambitious individual to help build that function. You’ll work alongside company leadership to shape our outside sales strategy, develop new customer relationships, and play a key role in the next phase of our company's growth. You'll have the support of experienced engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams as you take ownership of your territory and help build our outside sales program.
This isn't an account management position with an established customer base. It's a true hunter role built around identifying new opportunities, opening doors, and earning business through persistence, curiosity, and relationship building. You'll have the opportunity to build your own territory, establish lasting customer relationships, and help define how Framing Technology grows for years to come. We're looking for someone who brings energy, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people, someone who is comfortable starting conversations, asks thoughtful questions, and enjoys building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.
